Loyal Pawrenting
Professional Project | Web Design and Development
Loyal Pawrenting is my welfare-first dog behavior consultancy, serving families in Smyrna, Cobb County, and the surrounding areas. After designing the brand identity, I needed a website that could do much more than introduce the business. It had to work as the business’s front desk, intake coordinator, store, and classroom, while still feeling warm and approachable for pet parents who are often stressed when they first reach out for help.
I designed and developed the site in WordPress using Astra and Beaver Builder. I added Fluent Forms, FluentCart, LifterLMS, and TranslatePress to turn it into a complete client platform. Families can learn about my approach, book a session, share their dog’s history, buy training packages, take online courses, and read the blog, all in English or Spanish.
My goal was to remove friction at every step. A worried pet parent should be able to go from “I need help” to a booked consultation without confusion, and I should arrive at that first session already understanding their dog.

Target Audience
Dog guardians in Smyrna, Cobb County, and the surrounding areas, including English- and Spanish-speaking families looking for compassionate, science-based help with their dogs.
Objectives
Build a bilingual website that brings in new clients, collects detailed behavior histories, sells training packages, and delivers online courses, all within one cohesive brand experience.
Software Used
WordPress, Astra, Beaver Builder, Fluent Forms, FluentCart, LifterLMS, TranslatePress, FluentBooking, Adobe Creative Cloud
Features
Bilingual Experience
Spanish is my first language, and I want Loyal Pawrenting to be accessible to Spanish-speaking families. With TranslatePress, the entire site, from service pages to the blog, can be viewed in Spanish.
Local SEO
To help families nearby find the business, I created location pages, wrote meta descriptions, and optimized the Google Business Profile.
Online Booking
Clients can see availability and schedule sessions directly on the site. This removes the back-and-forth emails that usually come before a first appointment and makes it easy for families to take action the moment they decide to get help.
Conditional Intake Form
Every dog’s situation is different, so the intake form shouldn’t be the same for everyone. I built a branching form in Fluent Forms that uses conditional logic to adapt to each family. The questions change based on the concern, such as resource guarding, separation anxiety, aggression, or household dynamics. Families only see the questions that apply to them, and I receive a focused, organized behavior history before we ever meet.
Online Shop
Using FluentCart, I built a shop that sells two very different kinds of products from one storefront. Clients can buy training packages and commit to a plan on their own schedule. Guardians can also buy my handmade snuffle mats, enrichment toys that let dogs use their noses to search for food. Setting up services and physical products side by side meant handling each one differently at checkout, [shipping, inventory, and product options such as size or color], all within the same cart experience. This turns the website from a brochure into a working sales channel for the business.
Online Learning Platform
With LifterLMS, the site hosts my online courses with their own catalog, checkout, and student dashboard. Clients can keep learning between sessions at their own pace, which extends my work beyond the time we spend together. My background in instructional design shaped how I structured the course experience.
Blog
The blog translates behavior science into plain, practical language for everyday guardians. It builds trust with potential clients and gives current clients resources to come back to between sessions.
